TeamFlow Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and payments for TeamFlow.


1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting TeamFlow support.

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  • You will continue to have access to paid features during the remaining subscription period

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle


2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused usage quotas

  • Downgrades

  • Early cancellation of subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription, charges for the current billing period will still apply and will not be refunded.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

In limited cases, TeamFlow may provide refunds, credits, or adjustments at its sole discretion.

Granting a refund in one case does not obligate TeamFlow to provide refunds in the future.


4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact TeamFlow within 30 days of the charge date.
